We are looking for an experienced Brewer to join our production team. You will be involved in all elements of the brewing process, from wort production to packaging, working alongside our existing team to meet the ever-growing demand for our beer as we enter an exciting period of growth and opportunity. We are looking for someone with a passion for craft beer, the ability to work consistently to a high standard, and a keen eye for detail. This role will report to our Head Brewer and will require you to oversee and mentor more junior members of the production team.

We are a small, independent craft brewery based in Llandudno, North Wales, with a focus on brewing modern craft beer with balance, drinkability and flavour. We produce two core beers, a lager and a session IPA, alongside rotating, special release and one-off beers across a range of styles, with a particular focus on hazy and hop-forward pales and IPAs.

Over the last 15 months we have successfully grown our direct-to-consumer sales through home deliveries, mail order and our on-site brewery shop. As restrictions on hospitality have lifted in recent weeks, we have seen a surge in demand from both existing and new draught accounts.

We run a two-vessel 16HL DME brew-house, Alan Ruddock precision malt mill and 192HL of fermentation/conditioning capacity (4 x 16HL and 4 x 32HL uni-tanks). Our beer is unfiltered and is packaged in-house into kegs and 440ml cans (currently using a Wild Goose Gosling canning machine).
